Who Are We

Our firm, LC Consultores, started our offices in 2007, we have twelve years of experience and experience in the Costa Rican market.

The firm was founded by partner José Daniel López Centeno, Certified Public Accountant carnet No. 5893, tax specialist, with a Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy from the Universidad de la Cooperación Internacional, who has worked for 10 years as a consultant in the most important firms local and international as Masis & Asociados, Deloitte, Price Waterhouse Cooper, working in different areas of accounting, auditing, tax compliance, and tax litigation.

LC Consultores was born as a boutique firm specialized in providing quick and tailor-made solutions for those companies that require specialized attention in tax matters.

Over the years, the Firm grew at an important rate, incorporating in the year 2015, legal practice, including tax lawyers, complementing an integrated quality service in tax practice. Currently, our firm has offices located in San José, in the Center of Liberia and Playas del Coco, Guanacaste.

When one of our services is contracted, we assume commitment that the finished work complies with high technical quality and is delivered on time according to the required deadline.

We are authorized distributors of companies developing computer solutions for electronic invoicing. We can accompany you from when your company or business decides to start billing.

Cash Flows Based on a rigorous study of assumptions, financial and economic variables, we proceed to project your cash flow according to bank or third-party requirements.

We perform all kinds of tax procedures for you, from the start of your business, we accompany you in the initial obligations as taxpayers, which begins with registration as a taxpayer. In addition, when you finish operations for any reason, we advise you with the settlement before the Tax Authorities of Costa Rica.
